Service Description

Your First Workout After Baby is a recovery class for all mothers who just had their baby (min 6 weeks after vaginal birth and 8 weeks after C-Section) or for moms with older babies who want to strengthen their core from the inside out. Join a workout class tailored to your needs as a new (or seasoned) mom. Leaking, back pain, and the “mom belly” shouldn’t be something you need to worry about while caring for your precious little baby. So, let’s target those deep core muscles with focused exercises and regain strength in the center of your body. Your First Workout After Baby will help you build the foundation you need as a strong mom, and it will make returning to your favorite activities a lot easier. WHAT TO BRING - Yoga mat - Comfortable clothes for Outdoor Workouts - Socks (no workout shoes needed) - Water PREREQUISITES - At least 6 to 8 weeks postpartum - Cleared for physical activity by your healthcare provider - Signed Liability Waiver
