Service Description

Going back to a favorite sport like running can feel daunting, especially when your body has changed after giving birth. Oh yes, we have been there, we have done that! That’s why we create “RETURN TO RUNNING AFTER BABY”. These eight classes are filled with the knowledge we have accumulated. We will give you guidance on how to ease your body back into more intense movement, we will help you reintroduce high impact, and so much more. All of this is done in a safe and progressive way, perfect for new and experienced moms (3 to 6+ months postpartum). WHAT TO EXPECT Eight outdoor workout classes await you. Each of them include an intense cardio part, tests to see if you are ready to run, interval walk/run sessions, highly targeted strengthening exercises and stretching routines to keep the muscle soreness at bay. Get a good workout in and feel ready to go back to running with fun and ease! Besides the active parts we will also share information, tips, and tricks on workout safety, proper techniques, and other considerations. Throw on those comfy workout clothes and come out to our little outdoor gym! We can’t wait to make good use of the endurance you have already built up as a new (or experienced) parent. WHAT TO BRING - Outdoor workout outfit - Good running shoes - Water PREREQUISITES - Signed Liability Waiver - Completion of YOUR FIRST WORKOUT AFTER BABY and GET STRONG WITH BABY is not needed but highly recommended
