Service Description

Working out while having your baby around can be tough: we get that! So, why not involve your little one in your exercise. This is exactly what you can do in our “Get Strong with Baby” class. Bring baby along in a carrier or stroller and get moving with her or him. WHAT TO EXPECT We will go through six outdoor workout classes of more intense cardio, and strengthening exercises targeting the muscles you use most as parents followed by a relaxing stretch routine to release the intense tightness in our whole body. All of this will be done while your little one accompanies you in a carrier or stroller: a fun experience for both of you. Safety during carrier and stroller workouts will be a topic as well as what carriers and strollers are best for which situation. The right resources, tools and skills help you get the resilient and strong body we all need as parents, and prepare you for the physical and mental challenges of your very own MOM AND ME fitness journey.
