Running is a fantastic way to get some good cardio in but it is also a very intensive sports. Your body should be ready, healthy, and healed (after pregnancies and injuries).

Here are some running red flags that you should have checked out and taken care of before you put on your running shoes:

Be MINDFUL OF THE SIGNS YOUR BODY IS SENDING you to be able to run safely for a long time. It is ok to ask for help, so give yourself permission to do so.
